The first round of registrations was open for BEACON participants and associated partners until 14 March 2019.
Municipalities whom are not part of the BEACON project are welcome to register for the conference until 3 May. Participation will be confirmed on a continuous basis, subject to available capacity.
The conference is free of charge and includes coffee breaks and lunch.
If you requested funding for travel and accommodation, the organising team will get in touch with you after the registration deadline to organise your travel and accommodation. Funding is available for BEACON participants and contributors to the case clinic sessions only.
Participants whom are not funded by the project are requested to organise their own travel and accommodation. See our logistics page for more information and reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
The main conference language is English.
